Selling niche (animal) blog earning $45 /month

Hi All, I am selling a niche website about a certain type of animals. It earns around $45 a month. The site started mid-january 2019 and in that time I have made 33 articles. I started to monetize the website in September and has made around $45 a month on average (January is lower due but I have learned that this is the case in the whole blogging industry) There is some seasonality with the spring and summer being the better months.
